The gentleman that runs this place is wonderful. First time eating Himalayan food. It was nice and he gave us suggestions and answered questions we had. He took our orders, I believe he cooked it and then served it. It's a smaller place but it was good food and he made it wonderful. It's oftentimes difficult to find good customer service but you will find it here.
